Can I use Zoom instead of your video service?

No, we require all telehealth appointments to use our video service. This is to ensure that the privacy and security of customer details is kept safe as well as making it easier for both you and the client to connect with each other.

You do not need to set up a call or send links over to your client, this is all done automatically by Talked. We also send reminders and follow up emails automatically for you.
