How Do Free Consultations Work?

You can allow clients to book a free 15 minute video consultation with you by enabling it in your dashboard.

New clients will then be able to place a booking with you for a free 15-min consultation, which will take place via our secure video service.

Both you and your client will receive a confirmation email with a link that will enable you to connect with each other.

After the consultation the client is automatically sent an email to encourage and help them make an appointment with you.

A client can only book 1 free consultation with you.

At this time you are unable to change the duration from 15 minutes.
