What happens when I receive a booking?

When a client makes a booking with you, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the date and time of the appointment. There will also be a link to your dashboard where you can see all the client and payment information too.

If it’s a Telehealth appointment you will have a “join” link which you can use to connect to the appointment when it’s time.

Both yourself and the client will receive confirmation and reminder emails.

Tip 1: You can send a message to the client before the appointment from your dashboard.

Tip 2: In your appointment email you can click on the attachment to add it to your calendar.
