What is your cancellation policy?
We will offer a full refund to clients on bookings which are cancelled (or unable to be rescheduled) with at least 48 hours notice of the appointment date.
If a client cancels a booking with 24 hours notice will provide them with a 50% refund.
If the client is a 'no show' or gives less than 24 hours notice they will receive no refund.
If you wish to change the date and/or time of the session and the client is unable or unwilling to agree to such change, we will treat the booking as cancelled and will refund the client the full amount.
